If You Purchased the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers who purchased the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If You Did Not Purchase the Guarantee

Orders placed without the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are not eligible for refunds or returns, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
